Malaysia's First "Charge-Ready" BYD 4S Store Passes Opening Approval Review

September 18, 2024 – In Malaysia, a brand new BYD 4S store has successfully passed its opening approval review and stands out with its unique “Charge-Ready” service. This 4S store in Malaysia not only becomes the first to offer charging services on the day of its opening but also demonstrates its leading position in electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure development.

The review was conducted jointly by BYD headquarters in China and the authorized general distributor in Malaysia. As a technical partner for this project, PINGALAX accompanied the client throughout the process. Unlike other 4S stores that have been operational for months without fast-charging stations installed, this new establishment came equipped with a full suite of charging facilities from the very beginning.

In addition to the efficient DC charging stations, the store has strategically placed AC charging stations across the premises. These are located in the parking lot, repair workshop, and handover hall for customers, ensuring convenient access to charging services in various scenarios.

During the review, both BYD representatives and the local client expressed high satisfaction with the solutions and efficiency provided by PINGALAX. This achievement not only affirms PINGALAX’s technical capabilities but also underscores its leading role in the EV charging infrastructure sector.
